Becoming a Glover

Becoming a courier with Glovo is a very straight forward and easy process. It takes less than 24hrs to complete your registration and become Glover. All you need is the right legal documents and the zeal to learn and work. The documents are needed for identification and to make sure you are eligible to work as a Glover. Nothing outside of the box. So get your documents and visit any of the Glover Centers near you to start earning BIG with Glovo.

You’ll receive an automated email to the email address you’ve inserted. The email will ask you to complete an assessment. If you fail the assessment, you will be queued on a waiting list. If you pass the assessment, you’ll receive a link to upload your documents. Please provide the required documents, your vehicle type and sign the Terms & Conditions. Once you’ve completed the application, a Glovo representative will upload your documents to the system for you to create a Glovo account.

“To collaborate with Glovo, you can use a motorcycle or bicycle as mode of transport. You need to be +18years in order to collaborate with Glovo. These are the requirements for motorbike users:

Roadworthy Motorbike

National Id/Passport

Motorbike Insurance

Driver’s License

GHS 250 for Glovo Kit

Yes, you can walk in directly to the Glover Centre with the required documents to register as a Glover. Our Glover Centers are located at: Spintex Behind the Palace Mall Tema Community 11 Plaza Kumasi HapaSpace, Ridge Danyame

“You are required to have a branded work kit that comprises of:

Glovo thermal bag

Glovo Reflector Vest/ Glovo suit

Phone Holder

Helmet

Don’t worry, the first three items will be provided at the Glovo office at a cost.

You will be required to pay a fee to acquire the Glovo Kit. They are available and provided at the Glover Centre after the training and onboarding session.

The fee is GHS 250. You can pay all upfront or make an initial deposit and the rest paid in weekly installments after work starts.

YES. You can enquire about this during the training session.

The default password for a first-time user is glovo1234. There is an option of resetting the password on the login page.

You can remit or pay your cash balance to Glovo via our payment partner Zeepay using the following link: https://rides.myzeepay.com/portal/pay/glovo. You will need your Courier ID to make this payment.

YES, a high cash balance prevents you from getting new orders on Glovo. Always keep your cash balance below GHS100

You will be paid every week via Mobile Money payment.

You should book your desired slots in advance every Monday and Thursday at 4 PM so that you can secure your desired slots.

Make sure to book your slots (working hours) ahead of time including a lot of high-demand hours.

Always ensure you show up and check -in on time for all the slots (hours) you selected to collaborate with Glovo.

Deliver every order assigned to you.

Always stay within the delivery zone.
