Requirements

In order to offer your services as a courier, you have to fulfil the following requirements:

You have to be of legal age ( proof of ID is required )

You need to have a vehicle (a bicycle, motorbike or car)

You must comply with the applicable governmental guidelines for providing your services

Valid driving licence and motorvehicle insurance where applicable

You will have to accept the Terms and Conditions for using the app

You can easily register via couriers.glovoapp.com. You will just type your first and last name, email address, city where you want to use the Courier App and phone number in the box provided and click “Continue”.

You will get a whatsapp message or SMS from our bot. this conversation will guide you through a series of questions to get us to know you better and You’ll also be asked to upload your official documents.
We will reach out to you when we need to onboard couriers. Stay Tuned!!

The Courier App is supported on iOS software 11 and 12 or Android 5.

To access the latest features and maintain a smooth experience, we suggest that you update your Courier App regularly.
