As a courier how many times have you seen or heard this when you feel you have not done any reassignments lately.?
This blog has the inside information on reassignments and what to do so you do not receive the infamous text.
Reassignment is a well-known feature that gives the courier the power to decide if it wants to collaborate doing a given order. As a courier, you are allowed to do at most 2 reassignments in a day.

Why do we want you to have a reduced reassignment rate??”

Your daily reassignment rate is directly connected to your challenge. Always remember to keep your reassignment for the day below 15% to hit your challenge tier.
Your reassignment affects your Excellence score. We all know how the Excellence score affects how early you get to book your slots. More information on the Excellence score will come your way soon!
Also when you reassign an order it directly affects your fellow Glovers making their start to pick up point longer. You would not want that done to you

Things you do that affect your Reassignment Rate?”

We have the SELF REASSIGNMENT where you manually select the reassignment button for a particular order. This counts in your challenge and your excellence score.
Another form of reassignment is when you do not accept the order within 2mins, the order is reassigned and affects your reassignment rate.
After accepting the order if you move in the opposite direction of the pick-up point the order could be reassigned.
Expired location during an order could also cause reassignment.
When you accept an order and do not move after 5mins the order is reassigned to another courier.

We understand that sometimes there are general network issues that affect your reassignment but here are a few tips?to help”
Always make sure your phone is loud enough so you can hear and receive all orders.?
Refresh your GPS regularly to keep you active on the map.?
Any time there is an adjustment on the location by the partner or customer always chat support so they are in the know.

Always have in mind that when you are assigned an order you are the best fit for the order and reassignments do not only affect you, it affects your fellow Glovers well.?
