The hourly bonuses are special offers we put to motivate the couriers to connect in certain hours where we know we will be having high demand. This will duplicate or even triplicate your earnings in certain cases.

What can I do to improve my earnings at Glovo?
Be constant and committed to Glovo. Book the slots that you know you can collaborate and show up. Be responsible and careful with the orders you pick and carry and try to be as fast and efficient as possible.

- Don’t reassign orders
- Make sure you have all the materials to start working (Closed shoes, Hand sanitizer (free in the office), glovo t-shirt, bag pack, your driving license or at least a photocopy, be groomed…)
- Do the check in on time and have full battery in your mobile phone
- Be careful on the coverage areas and don’t leave them to avoid being removed
- Make sure you’re in the city center or close to a mall to have more chances to get orders.
