If you deliver the order in a good shape and time, the client will rank you better. Here you have some tips that we advise you to follow in order to achieve this:

Use the internal panels for:

  1. Keep separated the hot from the cold.
  2. Keep separated the food from the drink.
  3. Keep drinks in a vertical position.

While transporting food everyday, your bag may get damaged. In order to avoid that, you should clean it with a damp cloth at the end of the day.



Whenever your ongoing order gets canceled after pick-up, a cancellation notification will appear on your screen mentioning the drop-off point changed. At this time you can choose to drop off the order in the moment or to drop off it later.

If you choose to do it later, the drop-off item will be in your inbox for whenever you want to return the order within the 24h. If you take more than 1 hour to return the order, the amount of the order will be charged in your account.


Once you start the return process, you have 1 hour to return it to the return point.


When you arrive at the return point, you should “Confirm drop-off”.


Once confirmed, you should introduce the validation return code provided at the return point in your app.


Yes, you can cancel a drop-off. However, if you cancel a drop-off process already in progress, you will be charged and you will not be able to drop it off later.


The following cases could happen while returning the order:
You don’t receive the code
You receive an incorrect code
The return point is closed
You run out of time while returning

If any of these cases happen to you, you can cancel the drop-off process.
You will still be charged, but you will receive an email with a link to the appeal form, where you can explain your situation. We will carefully analyze the situation and return the amount charged if it is the case.

If 24h passes after your order gets canceled, the inbox pending item will expire and you will not be able to return the order. The amount of the order will be charged and a link for the appeal will be sent to you through email. You can explain your situation and we will carefully analyze it and return the amount charged if it is the case.



If you have already another order in progress, you would not be able to start the drop-off process. You will first need to complete the ongoing order and try again.
