Glovo is committed to providing the best user experience for couriers, partners and customers. In order to maintain an environment of integrity and honesty, we sometimes need to take action against users who violate our platform’s fair use terms. If your account is banned, you will still have access to it, but you won’t be able to perform any actions. You can go to the Support section in the Courier app to ask for your account to be unlocked.
When you block your account, you also lose access to the Courier app.
You will receive an email with a form in which you can explain the situation or protest the blocking. Please fill out the form provided and provide us with all the required information. We will analyze it and inform you of the final decision in a separate email.
If you’re having problems with the app, try the following:
Check your internet connection
Try closing the app (including in the background) and restart it
Turn your phone off and on again
Uninstall the app and reinstall it
Android devices The Courier app for your Android device can be downloaded from Google Play. If the application is unstable, go to the security settings and activate the «Unknown sources» option. Download

If the system detects that you are renting an account and it is confirmed, you will no longer be able to book slots in the app. Your personal security cannot be guaranteed if your identity does not match the one you have entered in your account.
