We understand that waiting time at partner stores has been a source of concern to you dear Glovers. We would like to know that we are doing everything within our capacity to greatly reduce the time spent at partners.
A two way side to these challenge is that;
- Certain stores delay due to bad operations.
- Certain Glover delay at the store after orders have been handed over due to our current earning structure;

CURRENT EARNNG STURCTURE
As seen above , you are paid 10 NGN extra for every extra minute you wait at the pickup location, after 10 mins.
As a result, we have seen frequent occurrences of Waiting time Fraud.
As a company, we can’t properly tackle this problem of stores delaying if we still have Glovers who wait at the store after orders have been handed to them.
Hence, to properly tackle this problem, we are deciding to remove payment for waiting time at the pickup.
This would mean;
- We can now properly give absolute feedback to partners to greatly limit waiting time and this subsequently means stores would delay couriers way less now.
- We can now completely eliminate Waiting time fraud.
This change would be effected on Monday (3rd of April, 2023) in all onions.
Please be rest assured that this would not decrease your earnings.
