“If you want to purchase a Glovo backpack or other equipment to improve your courier experience, you can do it through our Glovo Store. After you’re done with the onboarding process and have successfully sent all the documents, you’ll receive an email with a link to the store. You just need to register, and access the section “Riders”, where you’ll find all the products available and their respective prices. You can buy whatever you want, and we’ll send it to your house or any address of your choice.”
Whenever you want to replace any of the equipment, you can go directly to the Glovo Store, and follow the same instructions above.
At this moment, due to sanitary conditions, we are not collecting used materials. If you don’t need any of the equipment anymore, you can take it directly to any recycling facility in your city.
