Types of orders

These are places that have entered into an agreement for using the app in order to sell their products. Probably you will not have to pay anything to the restaurant, but only to collect the products and deliver them to the address indicated by the customer.

The customer wants to send something from one place to another. You will just need to pick up the order and deliver it. The customer can be at the pick-up point or at the delivery point.

Bundled orders exist with the purpose of increasing the efficiency during your booked hours and also to make for smarter distribution in the city. In other words, it allows you to pick up two orders from the same Partner and deliver them to two different customers.

You get your bundled order.
You can receive a bundled order in two different ways:
Option 1
You receive two bundled orders from the beginning.

Option 2
You receive a single order but while you are on the way to the Partner, it becomes a bundled order. In that case, you will receive a notification.
Keep in mind! A bundled order can’t be reassigned individually. If you accept it, you have to carry out both orders.


At the Partner’s store

“Don’t forget to pick up and upload receipts for both orders (customer name and order number must match the receipt). Don’t worry about the weight! The app ensures that the bundled orders do not exceed the limit so you can carry them in your backpack without any problems.
If one of the shop’s staff tells you that the second order will be ready in about 10 minutes, we advise you to contact Support. They will check it and unbundle the orders if necessary.”


At the first delivery point

The app will tell you which delivery point that you should go to first. Please check that you’re giving the customer the right order. In order to increase efficiency, the first delivery point is always on the way of the second one.


In the second delivery point

“If the customer asks you about bundled orders, you can advise them to contact Support for more information. Warning! Cancellation of either of the orders may still occur. In that case, you will receive a notification telling you which order was cancelled. The other order will continue as usual.”

Bundled orders allow you to pick up up to 4 orders from different partners. This way orders can be bundled optimally!

Option 2 You receive a single order but while you picked up the first order, it becomes a bundled order with an additional pick-up point. In that case, you will receive a notification.

At the second Partner’s Store After you have marked the first order as collected, you can move to the second partner’s store. Don’t worry about the weight! The app will make sure the bundled orders don’t exceed the limit, so you can easily carry them in your backpack.
