Scoring batches

A new batch is assigned to you every week based on your scores from the previous week. Your batch determines when you get to pick your sessions for the next week. Batches are from 1 to 12. Batch 1 has the best incentive because you have the first pick of the sessions!

  • Actual vs Planned Hours: Amount of time you need to fulfil your session hours divided by the amount of session hours you booked taking into consideration your late logins, no-shows and pauses during sessions
  • Active weeks: Number of weeks you’ve been actively taking sessions
  • Acceptance Rate: Number of orders you accepted out of the number of orders you were assigned
  • Special Hours: Number of hours connected during special hours period
Go to the menu and select ‘Statistics’ to explore more about your batch and the scores that influenced it.
