To maintain a healthy and fair platform, sometimes is needed to step in if one of the users doesn’t adhere to fair use. If your account is blocked, you will still have access to your account but will not be able to perform any actions. You can go to Support in the Courier app to unblock your account.

If your account is disabled, you will no longer be able to access the Courier App. You will receive an email with a form where you can appeal the decision or explain the situation. Please fill in the form and clarify the situation. Your reasoning will be analyzed and you will be contacted by email with a decision.

If you are having issues with the app, try following these steps:

Check your internet connection
Close the app from the background and open it again
Turn off your phone and turn it on again
Unistall and reinstall the app

Android devices You can download the Courier App for your Android device from Google Play. If your app does not work smoothly when opening the app, please enable “unknown sources” in your security settings. Download now

iOs devices You can download the Courier App for your iOS device from the App Store.

  1. Open the Courier App
  2. Click “Cancel” when a message about unknown creator appears
  3. Go to Settings → General → Profiles and Device → Glovoapp23 SL
  4. Press “Trust Glovoapp23 SL”
  5. Click on “Trust” again

No, borrowing or renting your account may be illegal and not allowed. If it’s detected that you are borrowing your account, your account may be deactivated.

If the system detects that you are renting the account and this is confirmed, you will no longer be able to book slots in the app. Your personal security cannot be guaranteed if your identity does not match with the one that you indicated on your account.
