The facial recognition process helps to ensure that the person who is registered to connect to Glovo App is the same that uses the account. At Glovo, we do not allow shared accounts and consider this as fraud.
You will receive a message and the identity verification will appear on your app profile. Don’t worry if you haven’t received it yet, the verification process is random and will be sent to all couriers at different times.
If you fail the facial recognition process, your account will be deactivated and you will receive an email so you can appeal the decision. Your case will be reviewed and the final decision communicated. Your account will remain locked during the verification process.
