If your account is banned, you will still have access to it, but you won’t be able to perform any actions. You can go to the Support section in the Courier app to ask for your account to be unlocked.
When you block your account, you also lose access to the Courier app. You will receive an email with a form in which you can explain the situation or protest the blocking. Please fill out the form provided and provide us with all the required information. We will analyze it and inform you of the final decision in a separate email.
