Quality service and quick solutions are things we ensure that we deliver at our Glover centers. We have made efficient changes to how we attend to you at the Glover centers to further strengthen the quality of service to you. We are introducing attention hours.
Attention hours means that these are the only times you can come to any of the Glover centers to make a complaint.
- Attention hours would help save your time as a courier as you do not have to come to the office at all times. You can now reach out to support at all times for any issue. READ HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT HOW TO CONTACT SUPPORT.
- You would now be spending lesser hours at the office when you come during the attention hours.

ISLAND AND MAINLAND

**In the event that Monday falls on a public holiday, we would have attention hours on Tuesday 12pm -3pm.
Please note that you would not be attended to as a courier if you come to the office outside these times.
