Fuel costs are rising across the world and this is a pain point for everyone across the globe whether you own a fuel consuming vehicle or not because it will still affect personal expenditure. Luckily in Kenya we have been cushioned from the rising fuel costs by the recent directive regarding fuel costs therefore the costs will not rise as taxes will remain the same.
This is still not enough because this move does not take inflation into account. However Glovo realizes this and this is why we have brokered a discount deal with TOTAL – Kenya for Glovo riders for a discount on fuel .
The discount is on fuel: kes 2 discount on every litre of fuel purchased at Total petrol stations across the country using the card. Riders will also receive a kes 8 discount on every litre of lubricants and free motorbike service at Total petrol service stations across the country.
How can you access the discount?

Print it and fill in the necessary information.
Drop it off at the Glover Center ( in Nairobi and Mombasa)
In the other cities drop it off by Friday to the following couriers:
- Eldoret – Austine O
- Nakuru: James M
- Thika: Stephen M
- Ruiru: Isaac N
- Kiambu: Michael G
- Kisumu: Dominic S
Thereafter you will be required to pay kes 300 card fee instead of kes 1000 and share your courier ID and the transaction Mpesa code on the document.
Card collection will happen once TOTAL confirms they are ready and you are good to go!
