You spoke and we listened! Naivas orders just got easier and shorter.
Glovo Kenya is excited to inform you that Naivas store has decided to incorporate pickers in 7 of their largest stores. The pickers will officially start towards the end of this month as the stores work towards putting all the necessary items/ needs of the pickers in place.
We are grateful for the feedback provided in the various focus groups across the country and also for your participation in the recent Groceries survey which we sent out to you in the newsletter and via email.
The pickers in the Naivas stores will help to minimize the time spent in the store and also should be able to assist in contacting customers with regard to missing items.
This will minimize the amount of time couriers spend doing these orders and also help them save money in regard to the amount they spend calling customers over the phone about items that are not available in the store.
