This is the total of all the money received from customers during your shift, this can increase or decrease & you can check the amount of cash you have on your dashboard in the Glovo courier app homepage. Also, you are expected to remit the cash daily via Paystack & we will send you automated reminders via push notifications, SMS & email daily whenever you have reached the daily cash limit of ₦10,000, do well to comply to avoid having your profile blocked. Kindly note that your cash balance can increase/decrease depending on the following:

•      It increases when a client pays you in cash/mobile transfer.
•      It decreases when you pay for an order in cash.
•      It also decreases when you take cash out of the balance (cash-out). The app will let you know.

When the app lets you know you can, you’ll be able to take advanced payment from your cash balance. This will depend on the amount of cash received at the end of your shift. The idea behind this is that you don’t carry a lot of cash on you, for your safety. You’ll see the cash withdrawal made at the end of the payment period reflected on your invoice.
