If you have received cash from the customer and your booked slots have ended, you will get a notification informing that you need to withdraw for yourself in cash through the “daily withdrawal” option active in your app. This will deduct the cash from the future invoice.
At the end of your billing period, you’ll have a clear breakdown in your invoice showing the amount of money you’ve withdraw for yourself in cash.
The adjustment will be clearly stated as follows:
- I made a daily withdrawal of kes 500;
- My invoice has a value of kes5000;
- I will receive a transfer of kes4500 (kes500) will be deducted because I have already been paid in cash for that amount).
