The 3 week Easter campaign which started at the beginning of the month of April had the following metrics which couriers were to work on:
- Have the highest number of orders
- Have the lowest cancellation rate
- Have the highest speed before and after collection
- Have the best customer rating
Top couriers were able to have the best statistics in all the above in each of heir respective cities each week.
