Earnings

Using the Glovo App gives you access to services that include, but are not limited to:

Creation of your profile to use the platform.
Access to the Platform allowing you to use it.
Access to insurance cover for the duration of your connection to the platform.
Access to a support and help service in the event of any technical issues that may arise.
Management and intermediation in the collection and payments.
Acquisition and/or use of materials that can be requested by you.

Your earnings will be transferred to the bank account you provided when you registered in Glovo.

At the beginning of a billing period, your earnings will be transferred to your bank account. The transfer might take up to 2 to 3 business days to process depending on your bank account.

Your earnings are based on the total orders completed. The more orders you make in a billing period, the higher your earnings will be.

The earnings of an order are made up of up to 6 components:
Base rate: For each order is a base fee.
Distance: the number of kilometres from the pick-up point to the delivery point. This means that the further you have to travel to place an order, the higher your earnings will be.
Waiting time: after five minutes of waiting time, you will receive extra earnings per minute.
Optional: Change of address: if the address is changed by the customer after the order has been received, you will receive a monetary compensation.
Promos: For weather conditions, holidays, periods of high demand or night work you will receive a promo.
Challenges: active challenges can give you a stepping stone to earning significantly more if you meet the conditions.

A billing period lasts for a fortnight. The billing period starts at midnight on Monday and ends at 23.59 on the next Sunday.

At the end of the billing period, you will receive earnings for all your orders placed during that period.
