From Thursday, May 30, 2024, we are introducing reservation zones for couriers in Warsaw. The city will be divided into several zones, so when planning your schedule you will be able to decide in which part of the city you want to collect and deliver orders.
This means that on Thursday, May 30, 2024, when you open the calendar, you will see that the time slots are divided into zones. By clicking on your preferred zone, you can schedule your working hours as usual.
The higher your Excellence Score, the faster you will gain access to the most popular areas.
If you want to book different hours in different zones, you have that option! Remember, however, that there must be at least 1 free slot between them so that we can be sure that you will be able to reach the new check-in zone on time!
