Glovo is committed to providing the best experience for shippers, partners and customers. In order to maintain a healthy and fair platform, we sometimes need to react if a user does not adhere to fair use. If your account is blocked, you will still have access to the account, but you will not be able to perform any actions. You can go to the Support section of the Courier app to unblock your account.

If your account is disabled, you will no longer be able to access the Courier app. You will receive an email with a form where you can appeal the decision or explain the situation. Fill out the form and clarify the situation. Your explanation will be analyzed and we will contact you via email with a decision.

If you’re having problems with the app, try these steps:

Check your internet connection

Close app (and in the background) and open it again

Turn the phone off and on again

Uninstall and reinstall the app

No, borrowing or renting your account may be illegal and prohibited. If you are found to be borrowing from your account, your account may be deactivated.

If the system detects that you are renting an account and it is confirmed, you will no longer be able to reserve seats in the application. Your personal security cannot be guaranteed if your identity does not match the one you provide on your account.
