Issues with the app

If you’re having trouble with the app, try these steps:
Check your internet connection
Close the app from the background and open it again
Turn off your phone and turn it back on
Uninstall and reinstall the app
If the problem persists, you can contact us.

If you’re having trouble logging in, reinsure that your email address and password are correct. Should you forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

If you have issues with your GPS, we suggest you to close the Courier App (also from the background). Then open the Courier App again and see if your position is refreshed.

If you still have issues with the GPS, try switching your phone off and on again.
