Base Earnings

You’ll get paid for each delivery you make. The exact delivery fee varies per order and includes a variable distance fee. How much you will make per order will be shown right on the acceptance screen, and this is how much your earnings for that order will be.

The earnings of a delivery are made up of up to 4 components:

Delivery fee: For each delivery you will receive a fee that will be dependant on its complexity (including the distance). You will be told of the delivery fee payable before you accept the order.
Promos: For weather conditions, holidays, periods of high demand or night work you will receive a promo.
Quests: active quests can give you a stepping stone to earning significantly more if you meet the conditions.
Tips: Customers have the option to tip you when they place their order. The tip goes 100% to you.

The waiting time at the pick-up point starts when you arrive at the pick-up point and are within 100 metres radius. From that moment on, the waiting time is measured and compensated after 5 minutes of waiting time. The waiting time ends when one of two scenarios happens:

You leave the pick-up area and are less than 100 metres away from the restaurant.
You mark the order as ready in the app.

Please remember to only use the “Pick up products” button if you are actually picking up the product. The system understands that you are no longer waiting at the pick-up point, but are on your way to the customer. Example: If your order overview shows a waiting time of 7 minutes, you will receive earnings for 2 minutes

Google Maps automatically calculates the number of kilometers traveled during a delivery. The total distance is calculated based on the combination of the following routes: The fastest path from the place where you received the order to the pick-up point. The fastest path from the pick-up point to the drop-off point. Your earnings will always be based on the shortest route indicated on Google Maps, regardless of the route you decide to take.

The Guaranteed earnings are a compensation for couriers in the form of a fixed amount of money in case they do not earn a minimum amount or does not receive any orders.
