A community for everyone

It starts on the inside at Glovo and carries over to partners, users, and couriers. With our community guidelines, we want to strengthen the courier community that allows everyone to feel home.

Anti-discrimination policy

We have a zero tolerance policy for sexual abuse or violence. No violence against sexualities, against nationalities, against genders. To prevent sexual assault, we are working on an anti-discrimination pledge. We want to know: have you ever experienced discrimination while delivering? Take part in our survey!

Strengthening women's safety

The WHO reports that 1 in 3 women experience violence. It is our commitment to push every button to create a safer space for women when delivering. An SOS button at the fingertips is the first step towards strengthening women's safety.

Couriers around the world show a strong sense of community. To deliver a positive and safe delivery experience, community plays a key role. Join your community and stand up for one another - no matter what colour backpack they're carrying. If you see aggressive or hurtful behaviour, call your local authorities and report the situation to Glovo.
