Profile Changes

You can indicate whether you are using a non-electric or electric vehicle type in the “Profile” section under “Personal Information” in the Courier App.

To change your vehicle type, go to the “Profile”” section in the Courier App.

Click on “Contact Support”
Select “Profile/Materials” and use the drop-down menu found under “Personal Information”
Press “Vehicle” and describe the vehicle type you will deliver with.

The support team will get back to you within 24 hours

To change your bank details, go to the “Profile” section in the Courier App.

Click on “Contact Support”
Select “Profile/Materials” and use the drop-down menu found under “Personal Information”
Press “IBAN” and insert the IBAN you want to receive your earnings to

The support team will get back to you within 24 hours.

With the GlovoPass program, you have the opportunity to change the city where you connect to the app. You just have to fill in the form below and as soon as possible your new account will be created. After creating the new account, the old one will be deactivated and you will be informed when the process is complete.

It’s worth to remind you that when you change the city where you connect to the app, your order history and your excellence score will not be transferred to the new city.

A preferred name reflects the name you have chosen to be addressed by, even if it is different from your legal name.

Couriers have the option of using their preferred name if their legal name does not match their gender expression, if they have adopted a Western alias, or other reasons.

Please be aware that this does not mean that your nickname or funny username should be chosen.

Your legal name is the name on your identity documents or other official documents. However, there are cases where the legal name is not the same as their alias.

This can be the case if for example

People identify as transgender or non-binary and their preferred name is different from their legal name
People of other nationalities who adopt a (Western) alias”

When you add your preferred name, it will be reflected to everyone you interact with through the Glovo app. Customers, partners and Glovo employees will see your preferred name. General communications will address you accordingly; however, administrative communications or invoices must contain the legal name.

While it’s possible, we wouldn’t recommend it. Changing your preferred name too often might be seen as suspicious behavior and/or an abusive use of the platform, and could lead to a review of your account.
