The application will inform the type of payment selected by the partner. Either you won’t have to pay or you will have to pay in cash.

When you receive an assigned delivery, the acceptance screen will show if you need to pay the vendor in cash.

If you don’t have enough cash, you can redispatch the delivery, but this will affect your acceptance ratio.

We recommend carrying some cash with you during your route in case you need to pay the vendor or give change to a customer.

The customer can choose one of the following options:
  • Charge in cash: If the customer pays in cash, the amount will be added to your cash balance.
  • Charge with a credit card: The customer has paid upon ordering in the app with their credit card.

You go to the pick up point and the app will inform the payment option chosen by the customer.
When delivering the order, you will receive the customers money.
Your cash balance increases and the system will take it into account in case you will need to pay at partners or to be able to withdrawn earnings in cash at the end of your booked slot.
The cash value you withdrawn, will be deducted from your next invoice. A good idea could be to use a different wallet than your personal one in order to separate the money received from customers and avoid confusion.

The cash balance is all the amounts received or spent in cash when delivering using the app. When you reach your daily cash limit, you will receive a message with information on how you can deposit it.
