Improving support at the Glovo Centre

Glovo takes the courier’s work seriously. For that reason, we listen. We send surveys often to you through the courier app. One thing that’s clear from your feedback is that you want us to serve you better at the Glovo centre! 

We agree! Your job is important to you, and so it is important to us as well. We want to give you the best possible experience at every touch point, and so we have decided to use a system that allows us to do that. Here are a few facts about the tool:

  • The tool that we will use to revolutionise how we serve you is called WaitWhile!
  • We will use it to allow you to book an appointment at the Glovo centre, and tell us what brings you to the Glovo centre! This allows us to fix problems that affect many couriers!
  • Once at the Glovo centre for your appointment, the tool will allow you to understand how far in the line you are while waiting to be served
  • It will allow you to tell us how our service was while we served you at the Glovo centre.  This is important because the only way we can serve you better and better is by listening to your feedback!
