The insurance company covers you during the delivery using the app up until one hour after connecting.
Should you have a personal incident (e.g. accident) or have caused damage to third parties (e.g. partners or customers), you are covered by an insurance company.
While using Glovo, you are protected from personal or third party damage from the start of your connection up to one hour after you have connected to the Courier App.
It’s strongly recommend that you obtain your own vehicle and/ or property insurance to protect you against loss or damage to your vehicle or valuables. Also, bear in mind that according to your country regulations and the type of vehicle you choose to use, you may need to have a mandatory insurance of your own.
You can submit your insurance claim online on insurance partner’s website. Please enter details of your accident, personal details and upload reports from the police or hospital, if any.
