Schedule connection hours

Sessions are the hours that you spend delivering. In order to deliver during those sessions, you have to book them in the calendar of the app. Sessions will be opened every Thursday at 4PM. The calendar will become available for you according to your batching score (we will send you more information about that soon).

Here some information on how to start you session and complete your first delivery!

Step 1: Once the beginning of the session approaches, open your app and start the session. You will be able to start it 30min earlier.
Step 2: Once your session has started and you are online, you can check the heatmap to see real-time high-demand areas. Darker colours mean higher demand, lighter shades mean fewer deliveries. However, even in these lighter areas, the demand is higher that areas without any highlight.
Step 3: When you get your first delivery, you need to accept it to start. The pick-up address and order code will be displayed. You can follow the map to get there and show the order code to pick up the delivery.
Step 4: Once the delivery is picked up, you will see the customer’s address. You can follow the map to get there and complete the delivery.

Open the calendar in the app and the available sessions will be displayed. Select your preferred sessions and click to book them. Select any sessions you want up to a 12-hour daily limit.

The flame or rain icons will highlight those sessions with a high demand. Additionally, if you want to check your booked sessions click on the tab Booked of the calendar.

Are you unable to attend your booked sessions? You can swap them: you will have the option to offer them and other riders will be able to book them. But take into account that if no one has booked the sessions 12 hours before they start it will count as a no-show if you don’t connect.
